Het ontwerp laat zien hoe persoonlijke woonwensen, architectuur en duurzaamheid samenkomen binnen de mogelijkheden van een vrije kavel.

Voor een particuliere opdrachtgever ontwierp CNCPT A een duurzame vrijstaande woning op een zelfbouwkavel aan het water binnen Mijn Eigen Wiericke. Het ontwerp combineert een tijdloze architectuur met een traditionele hoofdvorm, duurzame houtskeletbouw en een comfortabele gezinsindeling.
Houten zelfbouw woning met vide | Dordrecht
Voor een particuliere opdrachtgever ontwikkelde CNCPT A een ontwerpstudie voor een duurzame zelfbouwwoning binnen De Vrije Wilg in Dordrecht. Geïnspireerd door de architectuur van Frank Lloyd Wright combineert het ontwerp natuurlijke materialen, een vide en een sterke relatie met de tuin.
Compact wonen met vide | De Bovenboog Uithoorn
Voor een particuliere opdrachtgever ontwikkelde CNCPT A twee interieurconcepten voor een kluswoning binnen de gebiedsontwikkeling De Bovenboog in Uithoorn. De ontwerpstudie laat zien hoe compact wonen, maatwerk en ruimtelijkheid samenkomen in een eigentijdse loftwoning.
Kluswoning verbouwen | Uithoorn
Voor een particuliere opdrachtgever ontwikkelde CNCPT A drie interieur- en indelingsvarianten voor een kluswoning binnen de gebiedsontwikkeling De Bovenboog in Uithoorn. Door verschillende woonconcepten te onderzoeken ontstond een ontwerp dat optimaal aansluit op de wensen van het gezin én de mogelijkheden van de woning.

When we have arrived at the final design phase, the materialization plays an important role. During this phase you can have an element budget drawn up. This gives you a realistic picture of the construction costs and you can adjust the design to your budget if necessary. Read more about the final design phase.
In some cases, an environmental permit plays an important role in the realization of the new-build project. In this phase we get to work on making the design suitable, if an environmental permit is required. Read more about the environmental permit phase.
The design is currently complete and the permit has now been applied for from the municipality. During this phase we make a technical design of the construction drawings and we record all construction preparations and necessary data. Read more about the technical design phase.
During this phase you have the option to request a quote from several contractors. Because the prices are formed on the basis of the technical design, you can compare the quotes with each other. Read more about the tender phase.
