We process your personal data when you use our services and / or because you have completed the contact form on our website. We use your personal data as a means of communication during our cooperation. This information includes your name, (e-mail) address, telephone number and social security number (citizen service number).
We use your name and address to communicate with you during our collaboration. We only use the citizen service number if we apply for an environmental permit on your behalf via the environmental counter and will only request this from you in this case. We will contact you by telephone or in person to fill in the number and do not store this number any- where. The citizen service number is used for contact between citizens and the government and is a requirement when applying for an environmental permit. After completing an application form at the environmental counter, the citizen service number is not visible on any document or online environment.

How we protect your data

CNCPT A takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. We process personal data in supporting online services; “Moneybird” and “ICloud”. We have an online backup of our server on “Dropbox” on which documents with your personal data occur. Our invoicing and accounting is processed by Moneybird.
We do not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected. Your personal data will be deleted from our supported online services 1 year after the end of the collaboration. Digital project folders containing your personal data are archived offline 5 years after the collaboration ends in a safe at our office.
