About This Project

CNCPT A has designed the Mexican restaurant Chiapas Taco Cartel in the Zeeheldenkwartier of The Hague. The restaurant has its roots in Amsterdam and is now expanding to The Hague. The Mexican restaurant design is inspired by the most southern province of Mexico “Chiapas”, which is known for its street food, taxis and beautiful nature. For the location in the Prins Hendrikstraat we have extended the building into the garden and designed an interior that matches the Taco Cartel’s overal concept and it’s first location in Amsterdam.

Apart from the new Mexican inspired restaurant design we have submitted the required all-in-one building permits for the construction and  remodelling as well.
