This design was one of the participants in the competition for a multipurpose high-rise building in Poznań, Poland. It is located at the eastern edge of the historic city center on a square between the Sheraton hotel and a monumental and historic printing house, Concordia. The proposed volume of a high-rise building features office spaces, retail, fitness with a swimming pool and a restaurant on the top floor, offering breathtaking views of the city. The volume of the multipurpose high-rise building has been inspired by the name of the curating company VOX and “stands” on 4 legs dividing the square in smaller, more intimate spaces. In this way, several openings are created and provide a view of the Concordia printing house to everyone passing by. Architect: LIAG Architecten.
