ROC Mondriaan provides vocational education to pupils in The Hague, Delft, Leiden and Naaldwijk in multiple locations. The building next to The Hague HS station has become the schools visiting card as its position, close to a public transport node, has proven to be an excellent strategic choice. The design of the building is an architectonical interpretation of the schools namesake and patron. The cubic form of the educational building is built up from smaller, concrete, prefab elements in the ROC colours to achieve a la Mondriaan effect. Thanks to its bold look, ROC Mondriaan is one the most recognisable buildings of The Hague. Architect: LIAG Architecten.
