The school, teaching more than 1600 pupils, has been designed with great care in order to achieve small scale spaces inside a big volume. The aim of the project was to create a educational building housing two school organisations with all the benefits of a shared establishment but, at the same time, giving pupils small spaces where they can feel at home. The goal has been achieved through the involvement of teachers, pupils and their parents in the intense design process of this educational building Frits Philips Lyceum. Architect: LIAG Architecten.
